An 18% increase in professional job vacancies in Ireland has been recorded in the first three months of the year, compared with the same period last year, according to figures published today.

An 18% increase in professional job vacancies in Ireland has been recorded in the first three months of the year, compared with the same period last year, according to figures published today.

The data from recruitment firm Morgan McKinley however also shows that the number of professionals seeking new opportunities is also on the rise, jumping by 57% in Q1 2012 compared to Q1 2011.
