Kerry Foods set to lay off 350 UK workers

More than 350 jobs are at risk in Durham, in the UK, as Kerry Foods is planning to close one of its factories there.

Usdaw says the closure was announced earlier, with workers told that the firm was proposing to transfer all production to other Kerry Foods sites in order to reduce costs.
