BP boss gets £500,000 bonus
The boss of BP has been awarded a bonus worth more than £500,000 despite 2011 being a turbulent year for the company.
Bob Dudley was criticised for his handling of a share-swap deal with Russian state-owned oil giant Rosneft, which eventually fell through.
Oil production at BP also fell last year as it sold off billions of pounds of assets to cover the costs of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill.
