25 businesses head to Boston investment summit

Twenty five Irish organisations are to travel to Boston to take part in an investment summit.

It is the first time a group of businesses have agreed to fund and travel such a trip.

They will be selling Ireland as an investment location of choice.

The announcement will be made today, at a conference on foreign direct investment being held in Dublin as part of National Employment Week.

Organisers say they want to see how we can accelerate employment through supporting foreign direct investment.
