The ISEQ index of Irish shares closed down five points to 3,093, a drop of 0.16%.

The ISEQ index of Irish shares closed down five points to 3,093, a drop of 0.16%.

Among the fallers, Readymix closed down 8.7% to €0.21; Providence Resources fell 7.08% to €3.15; ICON closed down 6.37% to €14.70; CPL Resources shed 3.45% to €2.80 and Paddy Power ended 2.65% off at €42.25.
