Leaders to hold debt crisis talks

British Prime Minister David Cameron will today hold talks on the eurozone debt crisis with the leader of one of the countries at the heart of the storm, Italy’s Mario Monti.

Mr Monti’s visit is part of a hectic week of talks in capitals across Europe following the downgrading of the credit rating of Italy and eight other eurozone states, as well as the EU’s bailout fund.
