The property developer Danny Grehan has joined his brother Ray in being declared bankrupt in Britain.

The property developer Danny Grehan has joined his brother Ray in being declared bankrupt in Britain.

The Grehans once paid a record €84m per acre for land at the UCD Veterinary College in Ballsbridge in 2005.

The site is being used as a car park and is valued at €20m.

The brothers were ordered by the courts to repay more than €300m each to NAMA last year.
