Afghanistan to sign China oil deal

Afghanistan’s Ministry of Mines will sign the country’s first oil contract with China’s state-owned National Petroleum Corporation.

A spokesman said Minister Wahidullah Shahrani will ink the accord tomorrow with the director of the Beijing-based company.
