Former Goldman Sachs boss faces charges

A former Goldman Sachs board member linked to a hedge fund insider trading case has surrendered to a court in New York City to face criminal charges.

Rajat Gupta’s name was heard several times at the trial of former prominent hedge fund figure Raj Rajaratnam, convicted this year of insider trading.
