Knorr, Dove and Persil owner Unilever is spending €390m on an 82% stake in Concern Kalina, Russia’s largest skin and hair care products supplier.

Kalina’s brands include Black Pearl, Pure Line and Silky Hands and the firm is forecast to generate revenues of €303m in 2011.
