The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has opened a €100m pharmaceutical facility in Ballydine, Co Tipperary.

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has opened a €100m pharmaceutical facility in Ballydine, Co Tipperary.

MSD employs around 2,300 people in Ireland.

The new facility has resulted in the creation of 70 jobs.

Mr Kenny welcomed the investment and said the Government wanted to encourage the development of a global hub of pharmaceutical expertise and research in Ireland.
