Survey indicates recovery in some job sectors

A new survey of employers is indicating the jobs market may be on the road to recovery.

The new Manpower Employment Outlook Survey only predicts 0% net jobs growth in the final three months of 2011, but that is its most optimistic survey since the third quarter of 2008.
