Most prefer to work for women

The majority of Irish workers prefer to work for a female boss rather than a male boss.

According to a study by Peninsula Ireland, 67% of employees say they feel more comfortable approaching a female boss with a personal problem rather than a male.

Some 62% of workers said they felt more motivated and productive when working in a female-managed workplace.
