Multinationals account for more than 75% of the top export firms in Ireland, according to a new report out today.

A list of the country's top 250 exporters published by the Irish Exporters Association also shows the top 20 export firms in Ireland account for 44% of our total exports.

Irish-owned agri-food groups are also helping to boost exports. Kerry Group is rated as the biggest Irish export firm in the food and drink sector.

The Irish Dairy Board, Glanbia, Irish Food Processors and Dawn Meats also feature in the top 10 in this category.
