Superquinn recievers begin High Court challenge

The receivers appointed to Superquinn are to go to the High Court this morning to challenge a move by the supermarket chain to begin an examinership process.

The supermarket chain announced earlier this week that it had gone into receivership and the Musgrave group stepped in to buy the retailer.
