Standard and Poor's considers downgrade of News Corporation credit rating

News Corporation has been warned that its ability to borrow money may be influenced by the ongoing phone hacking scandal.

Standard and Poor's said that it is considering cutting the media company's credit rating because of investigations in the UK and the United States.
