Mobile phone giant Vodafone said it had completed the disposal of its 44% shareholding in French telecoms company SFR to Vivendi for €7.75bn.

Mobile phone giant Vodafone said it had completed the disposal of its 44% shareholding in French telecoms company SFR to Vivendi for €7.75bn.

The company will retain its commercial co-operation agreement with entertainment and telecoms firm Vivendi.
