Kingspan Q1 sales 'up 33%'

Building materials group Kingspan has said that sales for the first quarter of 2011 are up 33% on the same period last year, to €439.3m.

In an interim management statement issued ahead of its AGM later today, the company said trading in the first four months of the year was well ahead of Q1 2010, "albeit in more favourable weather conditions in the early part of the year".
