High street giant Marks & Spencer said its deputy chairman David Michels will step down from the board following the end of his second three-year term in February 2012.

High street giant Marks & Spencer said its deputy chairman David Michels will step down from the board following the end of his second three-year term in February 2012.

The company also announced Louise Patten will step down as a non-executive director following M&S’ annual general meeting in July.
