Vodafone buys Irish IP network operator

Vodafone Ireland today announced the acquisition of Dublin-based IP network operator Interfusion Networks.

"The acquisition of Interfusion Networks Ltd. reinforces Vodafone Ireland’s position as the leading total communications provider for businesses and public sector organisations, including the provision of IP-VPN based services," the company said in a statement.
