Airline giant to create 450 jobs

Airline giant Virgin Atlantic has announced the creation of 450 jobs under plans to expand its fleet this year.

The spring launch of a new route between Manchester and Las Vegas, the increase of London departures to the Caribbean and Ghana and a new fleet of Airbus A330 aircraft will create 350 cabin crew roles and 50 pilot vacancies, with the remaining 50 at airports and the firm’s head office.
