Cork-based communications company acquires media group

A Cork-based communications company has acquired a media group based in the west of the country.

H and A Marketing and PR is to buy Impact Media.

The combined business will employ 36 people, and have a combined revenue of approximately €5m.

Impact Media will trade as a division of the newly expanded H and A.

The group is also to recruit an additional 10 people over the next 18 months, to facilitate the growth plans.
