Kelly: SMEs suffering as Ireland stalls on EU directive

Fine Gael MEP Seán Kelly said today that the Government has failed to implement a crucial EU law designed to help small to medium sized businesses across Europe.

The Services Directive aims to make it easier for SMEs to do business in other European countries.
