International telecoms group Cable & Wireless Communications today said that its Caribbean operations were suffering amid ongoing economic troubles.

International telecoms group Cable & Wireless Communications today said that its Caribbean operations were suffering amid ongoing economic troubles.

The company expects second half underlying earnings to remain flat on the first half, at around $115m (€83.9m).
