Amazon has agreed to buy full control of the online DVD rental and movie streaming website LoveFilm.
Reports suggest it could value the company at £200m.
LoveFilm was thought to be concerned about plans by US equivalent Netflix to break into Europe.
Amazon already owned a 42% stake in the company.
