Leading law firm tops mergers table

Matheson Ormsby Prentice advised on more mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in 2010 than any other law firm according to two surveys.

MergerMarket and Thompson Reuters, the two leading international M&A intelligence agencies, had also put the firm top of the M&A tables in 2009.
