Deloitte acquires Curach Consulting

Deloitte Ireland has today announced that it has acquired Curach Consulting.

Deloitte Ireland has today announced that it has acquired Curach Consulting.

Curach Consulting provides business advisory, delivery and diagnostic services to a clients across a number of sectors including the financial services, technology and public sectors.

Curach has an annual turnover of approximately €7m.

The deal will see Curach’s entire workforce of 70 join Deloitte Ireland’s 300 strong consulting and advisory practice.

David Dalton, the managing director of Curach, will join Deloitte as a partner.

Bruce Curtis, head of IT consulting at Curach, will join Deloitte as director of technology integration services.

Pat Cullen, managing partner, Deloitte commented: “In the current business environment, many Irish businesses are looking to reduce costs and position themselves for growth.

“With general market moves towards IT outsourcing, corporate restructurings and M&A activity, we see increasing demand for our expert advisory services.
