The ESB has teamed up with English company Geo to operate a fibre optic cable linking Ireland and the UK under the sea.

The ESB has teamed up with English company Geo to operate a fibre optic cable linking Ireland and the UK under the sea.

The cable from Clonshaugh in Dublin to Anglesea in Wales will target high volume customers and will go live next year.
