Court extends protection to Pierse construction

The Commercial Court has extended its protection to one of the country's largest and most successful construction companies for another week.

An interim examiner was appointed to Pierse contracting and building services earlier this month.

Mr Justice Peter Kelly said today he was not yet satisfied that he had sufficient information to appoint the examiner in a full-time capacity.
