Entertainment group Warner Bros moved a step closer to buying 'Supernanny' and 'Who Do You Think You Are?' producer Shed Media after a court approved the details of the takeover.

The deal is on course for October 13, when Shed Media ’s shares will be delisted from the London Stock Exchange.
