Property developer's case against NAMA continues
The Attorney General claims the case of a property tycoon against NAMA is based on a mischaracterisation and misunderstanding of the legislation that brought the bad bank into being.
Paul Gallagher is presenting the State's reply to Paddy McKillen's challenge to NAMA's acquisition of €211m of his loans from Bank of Ireland.
The three-judge Commerical Court has heard that Mr McKillen claims the move is a breach of his constitutional rights.
