Irish farmers fear fall in CAP payments

There is growing concern that the renegotiations of the Common Agricultural Policy will see a reduction in payments for Irish farmers.

The EU Agriculture Commissioner Dacian Ciolos will face questioning on CAP when he appears before an Oireachtas Committee later.
