Govt underspend 'sparks crisis' in construction sector

The Construction Industry is warning of a further crisis in the sector because of a 25% Government underspend on capital investment.

The Government had insisted that the roads programme, school building and other infrastructure would assist the industry through the recession after the housing boom.
