SFA: Businesses struggling to get bank credit
There are calls on the Government to ensure that small business in Ireland gets the support it needs.
The Small Firms Association is holding its annual conference in Dublin today, with issues like access to credit set to top the agenda.
It wants the Government to deliver a loan guarantee scheme to ensure that credit flows again to small business.
Acting Director of the SFA Avina Mc Nally has said many companies are still struggling to get credit from banks.
