BSkyB has received final clearance from the UK's Office of Fair Trading for its acquisition of Living TV Group – formerly Virgin Media Television – from Virgin Media.

BSkyB has received final clearance from the UK's Office of Fair Trading for its acquisition of Living TV Group – formerly Virgin Media Television – from Virgin Media.

Sky will now pay a final instalment of £55m (€65.6m) to Virgin Media, which follows an initial payment of £105m (€125m).
