Greece pins hopes on visit of China vice-premier

Chinese vice-premier Zhang Dejiang was visiting Athens for talks with government officials, as debt-plagued Greece seeks to boost investments from China.

Mr Zhang, who is in charge of industrial policies, will meet prime minister George Papandreou and deputy prime minister Theodore Pangalos.

Greek officials said Mr Zhang is due to sign a series of bilateral agreements, but provided no details.
