Business contact centre to provide 500 jobs

A business outsourcing firm is to open a new contact centre, creating more than 500 jobs, it was announced today.

Firstsource Solutions, which employs 1,800 staff in Northern Ireland, said it planned to expand into Middlesbrough, in a newly renovated building.
