BSkyB buys channels from Virgin

Broadcaster BSkyB has acquired channels Living and Bravo as part of a €160m deal with rival Virgin Media.

Broadcaster BSkyB has acquired channels Living and Bravo as part of a €160m deal with rival Virgin Media.

The take-over also involves the Challenge channels and Virgin1, which will be rebranded.

Virgin says it will allow its customers an enhanced range of Sky services, including HD channels and on-demand content.
