Treasury Holdings signs on for social-housing development

Property group Treasury Holdings is to develop more than 100 social housing units in Dublin's Spencer Dock.

Construction will begin later in the year pending approval from the Dublin Docklands Development Authority.

Under the deal, Treasury Holdings will make the units available to Dublin City Council at a price equivalent to the construction and design cost.
