Irish companies encouraged to pitch for Olympics business

Enterprise Ireland and the Olympic Delivery Authority will host a joint seminar for Irish companies later today to discuss remaining opportunities for Irish businesses ahead of the London 2012 Olympic games.

€200m worth of contracts have already been snatched up by Irish firms for the sporting event spanning a range of sectors, including construction, electronics, software, architecture and renewable energy.
