House prices in the UK rebounded in March after suffering their first fall in eight months in February, figures showed today.

House prices in the UK rebounded in March after suffering their first fall in eight months in February, figures showed today.

The average cost of a British home rose by 1.1% during March to stand at £168,521 (€192,778), according to Halifax.
