Nestle completes acquisition of frozen pizza business

Swiss food giant Nestle said it had completed its acquisition of Kraft’s frozen pizza business.

More than 3,600 staff will join Nestle under the deal, which gives Nestle a greater presence in the North American frozen pizza market.
