Regling to undercover 'all the issues' in banking crisis

The man charged with conducting a preliminary inquiry into the banking crisis has said he will identify "all of the issues, if not all the answers".

Klaus Regling - who will look at the root causes of the crisis here - has told the Oireachtas Finance Committee that he will look back at Government policies, financial markets and banking supervision from the 1990s.
