Health Minister Mary Harney has appointed Mr Seamus Creedon and Ms Celine Fitzgerald to the Board of Vhi Healthcare for a five-year period effective from February 22, it was announced today.

Health Minister Mary Harney has appointed Mr Seamus Creedon and Ms Celine Fitzgerald to the Board of Vhi Healthcare for a five-year period effective from February 22, it was announced today.

Mr Creedon, a qualified actuary and management consultant, is a former partner at KPMG London,
