Dawn Foods secures €700m Subway supply contract

Dawn Foods has secured a €700m contract with the Subway sandwich chain to supply them with meats.

Dawn Farm Foods is Ireland's leading supplier of cooked meats and will supply the chain for seven years.

Based in Naas in Co Kildare, the company has supplied the sandwich company with meat since Subway first opened its doors in Ireland in 1993.

The US chain has more than 1,400 shops in Ireland and Britain and a further 1,400 in Europe.
