Kraft controls more than 75% of Cadbury

Kraft foods says it now has control of more than three quarters of Cadbury shares.

The £12bn (€13.8bn) takeover of the famous British brand was sealed on Tuesday, when the majority of shareholders accepted the offer after a five-month battle.
