Tullow share placing raises £925m

Tullow Oil today said the placing of over 80 million new ordinary shares at 1,150p per share had raised around £925m (€1.06m).

"A total of 80,431,796 new ordinary shares have been placed with institutions at a price of 1,150 pence (per share)," the company said in a statement.
