Galmoy Mines Ltd has been fined €100,000 after the death of one of its employees at a Kilkenny mine in 2007.

Galmoy Mines Ltd has been fined €100,000 after the death of one of its employees at a Kilkenny mine in 2007.

The company was handed down the fine at Kilkenny Circuit Criminal Court for serious breaches of health and safety legislation.
