Commercial property investment across the EU grew by 42% over the final three months of 2009, new figures from estate agent CB Richard Ellis Show.

Commercial property investment across the EU grew by 42% over the final three months of 2009, new figures from estate agent CB Richard Ellis Show.

A total of €26bn worth of deals were completed in the quarter with the UK and Germany the top two markets for investment.
