Irish Life report urges Govt to ignore tax relief proposal

A new report commissioned by Irish Life is urging the Government to ignore the recommendation from the Commission for Taxation that tax relief on pensions be set at 30%.

The proposed flat rate would increase relief for those outside the higher tax rate band.
